The Good

  • Super unique and hilarious game
  • Takes about 3-5 hours to get there, perfect for if you actually do work a lot
  • Nice progression system and shop that ties into the job aspect of the game
  • It just worms

'The Bad'

  • Haven't spotted a "If I was a worm, would you still love me?" joke!

*Note that I did get a review key provided for the game.

Worming from home starts of and continues until the end to be a hilarious game, not only with a smart take on the title of the game, but just on the overall remote work and all the good and bad around it.

I really couldn’t find anything bad or that would need room for improvement, it really is something you can throw yourself into, enjoy it for it’s entirety and then go on to the next game.

You can buy Worming from Home here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3547270/Worming_from_Home/

Remote work simulator where you are a worm 🙂

Your day starts as usual, with the sound of your alarm going off, which you’ll have to snooze, or actually you can also just switch to the radio and put on the Electronics’ music channel to start of the day right.

There is tons of stuff to do, you are a Junior in Finance looking to get a promotion, all you have to do is work, work and work. You fully control the computer with the keyboard and mouse where you’ll slap your worm face on to get to your four applications; Messages, Sheets, Shop and Stocks.

You also have a calendar that updates tasks on your wall that you have to follow, and in the meantime you can earn some dough by filling out some sheets, just like a normal work day.

You can get better upgrades in the store that will affect your ability to work faster and harder, like the slim keyboard which makes it easier to type, or a better mouse to move and click faster.

Next to that you have progression both through items, but also leveling up your worm through mini games such as training your worm to get more muscle mass.

Keep grinding, earn money, buy stocks and unlock everything to become the Wormer of the month!
