The action in the movie is quite okay, and while the scenario is quite refreshing, Statham plays the hero as always, being highly versed in killing everyone while the rest turns an eye.
It being in Thailand and taking place on a container ship from Bangkok, Thailand, was a new place for one of his action movies, which I respect the effort for. The story was okay. It was a little light on the action, but with what was there, it was gruesome.
The ending is as generic as it gets and leaves open a story for IF there will be a 2 or not.
